Ordering

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase Please Call First!

• Do not cancel your order with your credit card company.  This will only delay any refund of credit due.

• Orders cannot be canceled after shipment leaves the factory.

• Sales tax will be added to orders from Wisconsin residents only.

• Online orders placed after business hours or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

• Online orders can only be shipped to locations in the continental United States and Canada.

• Call or email us if you are located outside the continental United States or Canada to place an order.

• Pricing and payments are in US Dollars.

 

Returns

• If you want to return any item from your order for a refund you must first contact us for a Return Authorization within 30 days of purchase.  We will instruct you on the best way to return the item.

• The buyer is responsible for packaging securely and for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item.

• Non warranty returns must be like new and in resalable condition. Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• If the item is covered under warranty (see below), item will be repaired or replaced free of charge, transportation prepaid and no restocking fee.

Warranty

​

Our products have been thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory.  They are guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year to the original owner.  Should any trouble develop, return defective part transportation prepaid to the factory after getting a return authorization.  If inspection shows trouble is caused by defective workmanship or material, all repairs will be made without charge and returned, transportation prepaid. The guarantee does not apply where: repairs or attempted repairs have been made by persons other than the factory; repairs are due to normal wear; the tool has been abused or in an accident; misuse is evident – caused by overloading the tool beyond its rated capacity; use on improper voltage or current; use of the tool after partial failure or use with improper accessories.

 

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and there are no warranties on merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall seller be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages. This warrantee is void if Warrantee/Registration card is not filled out and returned. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Compliance with Laws

The buyer will be responsible for compliance with any and all federal, state, or local laws or regulations respecting safety or respecting use of the Equipment and shall indemnify and hold Fascut Industries Inc. harmless from and against any and all claims of violations of laws or regulations or other claims of personal injury or property damage directly or indirectly related to the installation, maintenance, or operation of the Equipment.
