The FRH-850 bender is just like the model FR-800 except it has a wider variety of bending set-ups and dies making it best suited for the structural or ornamental steel job shop.  Powered by reliable electric hydraulics, the rotary table will bend up to 190 degrees while one end of the bar remains stationary.  A large selection of bending dies comes standard with the machine.  Bend small diameter wire and pencil rods all the way up to large 1" width material.

 

Create uniform bends by setting the infinitely variable angle control that accurately controls the rotation of the table.  Two separate angles can be preset.  Operation is easy with the included foot pedal control.

 

An optional reference fence attachment can be ordered separately.   Add the reference fence attachment for an easy to use adjustable material stop up to 4 feet.

An optional cutter head can be ordered separately.  When you add the cutter head you now have a versatile bender/cutter combination machine that can also cut bars to length.  NOTE:  The cutter head option must be ordered with a new machine purchase. Cannot be ordered and added to a machine later.

An optional programmable angle control can be ordered separately.  Add the programmable angle control if you work with complex angles and shapes.  NOTE: Programmable angle control must be ordered with a new machine purchase. Cannot be ordered and added to a machine later.
