Handheld Bar Cutter

This heavy duty Handheld Bar Cutter snaps a 3/4" high tensile steel bar in just 3 seconds.  The rotating cutting head can be turned up, down or sideways to simplify cutting in different positions and locations.  Two handles balance the tool to give the operator a comfortable grip.
